RAB30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB30 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB30-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, A-Raf_pS299, and ERK2. Each is linked with RAB30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB30-to-partner and partner-to-RAB30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RAB30-low versus RAB30-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
