Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,371 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB30-associated genes across cancer lineages are PANX1, SNX29, and DENND5A. Each is linked with RAB30 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB30-to-partner and partner-to-RAB30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB30 versus PANX1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
