Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB2B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB2B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RAB2B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and UCEC show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAB2B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
