RAB2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,748 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYCARD, PTPN7, and TTC5. Each is linked with RAB2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB2B versus PYCARD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
