Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKG1P1, RNA5SP517, and MIR6766. Each is linked with RAB2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHKG1P1 grouped by RAB2B-low versus RAB2B-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
