Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB2B mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells, Fibroblasts, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with RAB2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NK cells grouped by RAB2B-low versus RAB2B-high in STAD.
