Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,158 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Establishment of vesicle localization. Each is linked with RAB2B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2B results are reported.
