Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,797 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, CTBP1, and HTT. Each is linked with RAB28 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB28-to-partner and partner-to-RAB28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB28 versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
