RAB28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB28 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB28-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with RAB28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB28-to-partner and partner-to-RAB28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by RAB28-low versus RAB28-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
