Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,568 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with RAB28 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB28-to-partner and partner-to-RAB28 results are reported.
