RAB26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,379 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB26-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHPN1, LCN12, and KMT5C. Each is linked with RAB26 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB26-to-partner and partner-to-RAB26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB26 versus RHPN1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB26→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
