Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB25 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RAB25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, BRCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where RAB25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
