Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,457 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to molecule of fungal origin, Serotonin secretion, and Response to molecule of fungal origin. Each is linked with RAB25 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB25-to-partner and partner-to-RAB25 results are reported.
