Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB24 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB24 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAB24 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and COAD are the cancer types where RAB24 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
