RAB24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,771 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB24-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBB3, TMEM259, and NPEPL1. Each is linked with RAB24 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB24-to-partner and partner-to-RAB24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB24 versus APBB3 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
