Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic intra-S DNA damage checkpoint signaling, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Heparan sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process. Each is linked with RAB24 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB24-to-partner and partner-to-RAB24 results are reported.
