Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,131 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB24-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPHN1, FBL, and SPRED2. Each is linked with RAB24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB24-to-partner and partner-to-RAB24 results are reported.
