Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB24-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJA1P5, RNA5SP226, and MT-TD. Each is linked with RAB24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB24-to-partner and partner-to-RAB24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJA1P5 grouped by RAB24-low versus RAB24-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
