RAB24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB24-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RAB24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB24-to-partner and partner-to-RAB24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RAB24-low versus RAB24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
