Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,647 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyglycylation, Cellular response to methylglyoxal, and Response to methylglyoxal. Each is linked with RAB24 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB24-to-partner and partner-to-RAB24 results are reported.
