RAB23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,899 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG2, CNN3, and FLNA. Each is linked with RAB23 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB23-to-partner and partner-to-RAB23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB23 versus BAG2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
