Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,452 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB23-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECM2, LMOD1, and MYL9. Each is linked with RAB23 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB23-to-partner and partner-to-RAB23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB23 versus ECM2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
