The most reproducible RAB23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP164, RNA5SP72, and NDUFAF2P1. Each is linked with RAB23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB23-to-partner and partner-to-RAB23 results are reported.
