RAB23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB23-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with RAB23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB23-to-partner and partner-to-RAB23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by RAB23-low versus RAB23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
