RAB22A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB22A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,396 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB22A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAU1, VAPB, and YTHDF1. Each is linked with RAB22A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB22A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB22A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB22A versus STAU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB22A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB22A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
