Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB22A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB22A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSBPL2, VAPB, and PRELID3B. Each is linked with RAB22A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB22A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB22A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB22A versus OSBPL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB22A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB22A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
