RAB22A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB22A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB22A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RAB22A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB22A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB22A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by RAB22A-low versus RAB22A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB22A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB22A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
