Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB22A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB22A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GKN1, SYCN, and OR6Q1. Each is linked with RAB22A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB22A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB22A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GKN1 grouped by RAB22A-low versus RAB22A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
