Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB21 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB21 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RAB21 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

COAD, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where RAB21 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
