RAB21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,468 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAND1, MYG1, and PKP4. Each is linked with RAB21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB21-to-partner and partner-to-RAB21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB21 versus CAND1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
