RAB21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,912 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB21-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN2, SNW1, and C7. Each is linked with RAB21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB21-to-partner and partner-to-RAB21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB21 versus TSPAN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
