Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,013 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with RAB21 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB21-to-partner and partner-to-RAB21 results are reported.
