RAB20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL681P, NF1P5, and RNA5SP432. Each is linked with RAB20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB20-to-partner and partner-to-RAB20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL681P grouped by RAB20-low versus RAB20-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
