Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB1B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RAB1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

LUSC, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where RAB1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
