Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB19 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RAB19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA and PRAD are the cancer types where RAB19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
