RAB19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,480 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, TJP3, and TJP3_S346. Each is linked with RAB19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB19-to-partner and partner-to-RAB19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB19 versus RBM47 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
