RAB19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,950 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB19-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM144, SLC37A1, and KLHDC7A. Each is linked with RAB19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB19-to-partner and partner-to-RAB19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB19 versus TMEM144 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
