Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 249 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB19-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1P17, RNU7-20P, and RNU6-1114P. Each is linked with RAB19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB19-to-partner and partner-to-RAB19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPM1P17 grouped by RAB19-low versus RAB19-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
