Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB19-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIFAB. Each is linked with RAB19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB19-to-partner and partner-to-RAB19 results are reported.
