RAB18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,797 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARD3, NCKAP1, and YWHAG. Each is linked with RAB18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB18-to-partner and partner-to-RAB18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB18 versus PARD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
