Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,572 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB18-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACBD5, WAC, and RBMS3. Each is linked with RAB18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB18-to-partner and partner-to-RAB18 results are reported.
