RAB18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,934 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB18-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE4DIPP8, RNU6-1082P, and MIR98. Each is linked with RAB18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB18-to-partner and partner-to-RAB18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDE4DIPP8 grouped by RAB18-low versus RAB18-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
