Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB18-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with RAB18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB18-to-partner and partner-to-RAB18 results are reported.
