RAB17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,217 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP252, TSPY24P, and RNU6-627P. Each is linked with RAB17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB17-to-partner and partner-to-RAB17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP252 grouped by RAB17-low versus RAB17-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
