RAB15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,790 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHSA1, MAP2, and HIP1. Each is linked with RAB15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB15-to-partner and partner-to-RAB15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB15 versus AHSA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
