Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,451 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM2, HOOK1, and STX6. Each is linked with RAB15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB15-to-partner and partner-to-RAB15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB15 versus TRIM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
