Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, MIR1298, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with RAB15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB15-to-partner and partner-to-RAB15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by RAB15-low versus RAB15-high in UCEC.
