The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RAB13 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RAB13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
