RAB13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,792 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF2, SHC1, and HDLBP. Each is linked with RAB13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB13-to-partner and partner-to-RAB13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB13 versus ARHGEF2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
