RAB13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,677 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53TG3F, DBF4B, and TEFM. Each is linked with RAB13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB13-to-partner and partner-to-RAB13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53TG3F grouped by RAB13-low versus RAB13-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
